We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads & SEO Specialist to manage and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), keyword research, website optimization, and lead generation strategies. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, generating quality leads, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through paid and organic marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads Management
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns including:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using:
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
SEO Responsibilities
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and fix website SEO issues.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
- Improve website ranking on Google search results.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools.
- Build quality backlinks and implement link-building strategies.
- Track rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics.
Website & Analytics
- Work closely with developers and designers for website improvements.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure websites follow SEO best practices and Google guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Google Ads and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
- Experience in WordPress websites and basic website management.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and performance optimization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of local SEO and lead generation strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website speed optimization is preferred.
