We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Executive – Front Office (Guest House) to manage front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and experience in handling guest house or hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, bookings, and occupancy records.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain visitor records, reception registers, and front office documentation.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure the reception area and guest house premises remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest House, or Hospitality operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
