Job Title: HR Admin

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Admin to manage daily HR operations, employee records, attendance, onboarding, payroll support, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Prepare HR letters and employee documentation
- Support employee queries and HR operations
- Handle exit formalities and final documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR/Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience
- Knowledge of HRMS, attendance, and payroll
- Good communication and MS Office skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
