Job Purpose
To ensure smooth execution of HR operations, recruitment, documentation control, employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and compliance alignment while supporting continuous improvement across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring
· Understand manpower requirements from HODs and management.
· Draft job descriptions, publish openings, and manage recruitment platforms.
· Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with interview panels.
· Conduct initial HR evaluation, documentation collection & offer release process.
· Maintain candidate pipeline, recruitment tracker & onboarding follow-through.
· Support successful induction & joining formalities for new hires.
2. HR Administration & Records Management
· Maintain employee personal files, joining documentation & digital HR database.
· Manage onboarding kits, asset issuance, ID card allocation & documentation lifecycle.
· Ensure secure and systematic filing, traceability, and version control of records.
3. Attendance, Leave & PeopleHR Software Monitoring
· Oversee PeopleHR software on a daily basis for attendance, leave, shift & payroll input.
· Validate late marks, overtime, manual corrections and regularizations.
· Maintain a daily HR operational schedule and ensure timely updates & follow-ups.
· Generate attendance extracts for payroll & audit-ready reports.
4. Payroll & Compensation
· Assist in monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, OT/LOP entries & pay slips.
· Maintain salary structures, revisions, CTC formats & compensation records.
· Ensure compliance with PF, PT, Gratuity and statutory payroll regulations.
5. Performance Management & Employee Development
· Draft, update and maintain KPI/KRA formats for departments.
· Coordinate annual/quarterly appraisal cycles and maintain evaluation data.
· Assist in planning training, upskilling & professional development sessions.
6. HR Policy, SOPs, ISO Documentation & Compliance
· Maintain HR manuals, SOPs, forms, and document templates as per policy.
· Support internal/external ISO audits with structured HR documentation.
· Ensure all HR operations align with compliance frameworks and system requirements.
7. Employee Engagement & Workplace Support
· Implement engagement initiatives, surveys, celebrations & communication drives.
· Address general employee queries, grievances and coordinate resolutions.
· Promote a positive, ethical, productive & respectful work environment.
8. Forms, Templates & Communication Drafting
· Draft and standardize HR letters, memos, notices, warnings, appointment letters etc.
· Maintain latest formats and ensure controlled version updates as per policy change.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
