Role Overview:
Support the Production Head on planning, ERP and technical documentation, while driving production targets,
manpower productivity and process improvement across sheet-metal, welding, PUF and tank-fabrication lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert the order book into daily and weekly production schedules across cutting, CNC punch, welding, seam
welding, PUF and assembly.
- Own daily output vs. plan; identify bottlenecks and drive corrective action to hit despatch commitments.
- Maintain the ERP system — BOMs, production orders, material consumption, WIP/finished-goods entries and
MIS reports.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process sheets and records supporting BIS and customer-audit
compliance.
- Allocate manpower, track productivity per worker/line, manage shift planning and reduce idle time and rework.
Lead Kaizen / 5S; reduce cycle time, scrap and rework in fabrication and PUF processes.
- Coordinate with QC, stores, maintenance and dispatch; act as second-in-charge to the Production Head in his
absence.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.

4–8 years' experience in a sheet-metal fabrication, tank, or process-equipment manufacturing plant.
- Hands-on ERP experience (SAP / Tally ERP / Zoho or similar) — must be able to configure and operate, not just
view.
- Strong MS Excel and technical documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of welding, CNC punching, PUF process and pressure vessels is a strong plus.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
