Job Description
Vishal Builders is hiring an experienced Civil Supervisor for our ongoing Government Infrastructure Projects in Assam. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality execution, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor manpower, subcontractors, and material usage.
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and vendors.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update work status.
- Resolve on-site execution issues and ensure timely completion of work.
- Verify measurements and support billing/reconciliation activities when required.
Eligibility
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in civil construction.
- Government project experience is mandatory (CPWD, PSU, Defence, Railways, Industrial, etc.).
- Good knowledge of RCC, finishing, shuttering, reinforcement, and site execution.
- Ability to manage labour and subcontractors efficiently.

- Working Hours: 12 Hours (Site)
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
