About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, with a passion for people management and organizational development. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across various HR functions while contributing to talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee data management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT & sales Recruitment.
- Knowledge of HRMS tools and attendance management systems.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
