IBS Engineer
Diploma(3 years), BE or B tech - (Electrical, Electronics, Electronich and communication and Instrumentation.

Activity
Understanding walk test measurement and existing network performance to determine IBS requirement and suggest possible solutions.
Able to Conduct/review Site surveys and feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed In-building solutions.
Optimize existing IBS for better user experience.
Analysis of customer complaints and solving the issue proactively.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate challenges and be able to provide solutions.
Maintain accurate project information in database/tracking spreadsheets.
Internal, cross team management, Collaboration with equipment vendors for product-related updates.
MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL, Tools Proficiency, Automation.
Responsible for maintaining ISC Sites
Responsible for maintaining Enterprises & UBR Sites
Responsible for maintaining A6 sites
Resolving local/field issues & Liasoning
Configure L2 Switch’s
Operation and Maintenance (both preventive & corrective) of Telecom equipment (Electronics):- Doing maintenance of Core Telecom equipment (electronics) like field level services (Radio network field activities- Hard resetting, Card replacement, UBR Antenna adjustment, console login etc. along with rigger cum technician); IP (L2 Switch ), Wi-Fi (APs, switches), equipment installed at IBS, indoor Wi-Fi, Small Cells Locations etc. are in SP’s scope. In case of equipment alarm/failure, SP will take the corrective action. In case issue is not resolved he will seek guidance from NOC and will arrange hardware from nearest MP/JC as per Material issue/ movement/return procedure and replace the hardware.
Operation and Maintenance of indoor OFC:- Operation and Maintenance of indoor OFC and its associated equipment connecting/installed at the indoor Facilities (indoor Wi-Fi, Small Cells Locations; IBS etc), fibre cable from L2 switch (in rack / JB) to small cell / AP.
TT01 - Trouble ticket compliance
TT02 - Preventive maintenance of ISC/WIFI/ENT UBR and A6 network elements
Maintain work safety protocols
Should have two wheeler and 2 wheeler licnce
Should have laptop
Should have basic knowledge about a Telecom base staion systems and its operations
should be medically fit
should be able to travel daily by bike
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
