Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with prospective students from provided leads.
- Counsel students about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding students' needs.
- Handle walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth admissions.
- Respond to inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Admission Counseling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
