FCO Staff – Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard suitable mobile shops for student practical training.
- Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners and business partners.
- Visit shops regularly to verify training quality and ensure a conducive learning environment for students.
- Coordinate student placement in assigned training shops based on availability and requirements.
- Monitor students' attendance, performance, and progress during the training period.
- Resolve issues or concerns raised by students or shop owners related to training.
- Collect the agreed training fees or payments from partner shops and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct periodic assessments and inspections of training shops to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shop visits, collections, student placements, and training status.
- Assist students by providing guidance and support throughout their practical training.
- Identify new training partners and expand the organization's network of approved mobile shops.
- Coordinate with the Branch and HR teams regarding student training assignments and operational requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
