Job Summary
Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle client communication, understand customer requirements, provide appropriate assistance, and support business growth. Candidates must have 2–6+ years of experience with proven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain the firm's legal services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential clients into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients through calls and messages.
- Coordinate with advocates and internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely information.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong professional relationships with clients.
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business development.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure proper resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports regarding calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6+ years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Sales experience is mandatory.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/conversion targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
- Experience in the legal services industry is an added advantage.
- Telugu/Hindi/English communication skills will be an advantage.
