The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Negotiate salary offers and prepare offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
