Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Motivate and train team members
- Handle client queries and closures
- Monitor daily performance and reporting
- Generate leads and support team in conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2– 7years of experience in Real Estate sales
- Team handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
