Job Overview:
We are Hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in the EdTech domain, specifically handling international markets (US, Canada, and other global regions). Candidates with only domestic EdTech Experience will not be considered.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in international client acquisition, revenue generation, and managing EdTech sales cycles in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive international business development in the EdTech domain (US, Canada & global markets).
Identify, prospect, and close new international clients.
Manage compelete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain strong pipeline and ensure high conversion rates.
Coordinate with internal AdOps and campaign teams for smooth execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in EdTech (mandatory).
Must have handled international processes (US/Canada/Global markets).
Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA, CRM models.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in performance marketing, programmatic, or affiliate networks is preferred.
