Job Summary
LYRA Salon is looking for an experienced and proactive Salon Manager to lead the operations of our Perinthalmanna branch. The candidate will be responsible for managing the salon team, ensuring excellent customer service, driving branch revenue, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure efficient branch functioning.
- Maintain service quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage appointments, staff schedules, and branch administration.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, motivate, and develop salon staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training.
- Ensure discipline, teamwork, and a positive work culture.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive monthly revenue targets and retail product sales.
- Implement customer retention and referral programs.
- Support local marketing and promotional activities.
Customer Service
- Address customer concerns and ensure a premium salon experience.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
Inventory & Reporting
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchases.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure proper billing and cash handling procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in salon, spa, retail, hospitality, or service-industry management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and business reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month (Based on experience)
