Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Generate new business opportunities and support the team in closing deals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Maintain client relationships and handle escalations when required.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Train new team members and support their onboarding process.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
