About the Company
We are a fast-growing event management company specializing in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and special projects. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR executive to support our people operations and contribute to building a high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and HRMS updates.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Ensure timely issuance and maintenance of HR-related letters and documents.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee morale, motivation, and workplace culture.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Performance Management
- Coordinate and support the performance appraisal process.
- Work closely with managers to track employee performance and development initiatives.
- Assist in employee feedback and performance improvement discussions.
Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Assist in HR audits, documentation reviews, and administrative processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee data.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
