Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python, Django, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. The candidate will be responsible for leading the technical team, designing scalable applications, reviewing code, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Design and develop scalable web applications and backend services.
- Work hands-on with Python, Django, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Design and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Work with AWS cloud services and cloud-based applications.
- Review code and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with product, business, and other technical teams.
- Participate in architecture and technical decision-making.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with good quality.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience in Python and Django.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of AWS services.
- Experience in REST APIs and microservices.
- Good knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with cloud-based applications and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
