What You’ll Do
- Engage & Understand: Meet prospective homeowners, understand their lifestyle, design taste, and space requirements.
- Consult & Convince: Guide them through our offerings, pricing, and process — converting leads into confirmed clients.
- Showcase the Fabdiz Experience: Conduct personalized walkthroughs at our Experience Center, showcasing design ideas, finishes, and completed projects.
- Close the Deal: Finalize client onboarding and seamlessly hand over the project to the Design & Execution Team.
- Move to the Next Opportunity: Maintain momentum — every consultation is a fresh opportunity to create another happy client.

Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in:
- Interior Design Sales / Home Interiors
- Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting
- Furniture / Modular Kitchen / Home Décor Sales
- Architecture or Design Consulting
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Client handling and relationship management
- Understanding of residential interior projects
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, layouts, or design concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience
- 1 to 5 years in interior sales / real estate sales / design consulting
