Position: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive
Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Office Based)

Key Responsibilities
* Follow up with existing customers and canteens.
* Reactivate dormant customer accounts.
* Follow up quotations and pending orders.
* Coordinate with distributors and sales team.
* Follow up outstanding payments.
* Maintain daily call reports and CRM records.
* Generate appointments for the sales team.
Requirements
* Graduate preferred.
* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business.
* Experience in telecalling, customer support or sales coordination preferred.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month plus performance incentives.
