Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up with qualified leads.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales transactions.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for booking and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales and closures.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
