We are seeking a dynamic leader to launch and manage Chitti Play School. As our first Manager, you will handle the "end-to-end" setup, from campus readiness and staff hiring to marketing and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch & Setup: Oversee classroom setup, licensing, and procurement of learning materials.
- Admissions & Marketing: Lead the enrollment drive, conduct parent tours, and execute local marketing strategies.
- Academic Oversight: Implement the curriculum and ensure high standards of early childhood pedagogy.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage teachers and support staff.
- Operations: Manage the school budget, safety protocols, and parent-teacher communication.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in Preschool/Education management.
Skills: Strong leadership, "startup" mindset, and excellent communication.
Education: Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred.
Traits: Proactive, organized, and deeply passionate about child development.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
