Purpose of the Role:
To support the HR & Admin Manager in day-to-day human resource and administrative activities, including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and general administrations. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Screen resumes based on job requirements and selection criteria.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and recruitment calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Post and update job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate the recruitment process and maintain candidate records.
HR Operations
Assist in the performance management and appraisal process.
Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
Maintain employee records, HR reports, letters, and documentation.
Support HR documentation and compliance activities, including ISO audits.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs with functional heads.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Administration
Maintain stock of printed stationery and coordinate procurement.
Prepare festival greetings and employee communication materials.
Coordinate company vehicle administration and related documentation.
Perform any other HR or administrative duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Desired Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
BBA/BMS with specialization in Human Resources
Skills & Experience:
1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication Hierarchy Structure:
