We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential clients, explaining project details, conducting site visits, and helping customers make informed property investment decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment benefits to customers.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer data and sales records.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and marketing.
- Ability to build customer relationships.
- Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is a plus.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: Competitive salary + Incentives + Performance Bonus.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
