Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager who will lead the sales team, drive property sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Generate and convert qualified leads through site visits, referrals, channel partners, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Ensure proper documentation and coordination with legal, CRM, and finance teams
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to management
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure smooth closure of deals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in residential/commercial real estate sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience handling site sales and broker networks
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
