The Mission
We are looking for a creative, data-obsessed Growth Manager to lead our expansion in the consumer market. You will be responsible for the full user lifecycle—from the "Aha!" moment of first discovery to building deep, daily habitual engagement. In this role, you’ll own the viral loops, retention strategies, and personalization engines that turn individual users into loyal brand advocates.
What You’ll Do
Full-Funnel Optimization: Own the end-to-end user journey, identifying and removing friction points in onboarding, conversion, and feature discovery.-
Viral Growth Engines: Design and implement referral programs and social sharing loops that leverage our existing user base to drive organic, low-CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) growth.

Retention & Habit Formation: Architect personalized engagement triggers (in-app, push, email) that keep users coming back, driving daily active usage and long-term LTV (Lifetime Value).

Data-Driven Experimentation: Lead high-velocity A/B testing across the product interface, pricing tiers, and messaging to optimize conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.

Brand-Product Synergy: Work closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure that our product experience feels cohesive with our brand narrative, creating an emotional connection with our community.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in Product Growth or Lifecycle Marketing for a B2C consumer app or platform.-
Growth Mindset: A proven history of building viral loops, referral schemes, and gamification mechanics that actually move the needle on user growth.

Deep Analytical Skills: You live in the data. You have expert-level knowledge of cohort analysis, churn modeling, and funnel conversion tracking.

Creative Instinct: You understand human psychology. You know why users click, why they share, and more importantly, why they leave—and how to fix it.

Speed to Market: Ability to launch, measure, and iterate on growth experiments in days or weeks, not months.
