Role description
Supervision of access control.
Supervision of material handling at the gates.
Supervision of quick reaction team (QRT) / Emergency Response Team (ERT).
Control room management including use of technical gadgets
Maintenance and upkeep of security gadgets and equipment.
Management of Escalation.
Supervision and conduct of training.
Improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices.
Regular interaction with stakeholders
Maintain good liaison with Police and local Administration.
Monitor daily jobs of Fire Brigade Department and proper operations of all shifts
Responsible to provide technical assistance for ensuring proper Fire Prevention and Protection System in being provided and maintained at HMC
Responsible for proper checking and maintenance of Fire Extinguisher and Fire Hydrant form planning to execution, report submission and rectification.
Ensure proper Hydraulic Pressure Test of Fire Extinguisher as per the standards
Ensure Disposal of fire extinguishers Failed in HPT and have cross self-life as per IS2190
Prepare, maintain, and update procedures for all jobs executed by Fire Department
Responsible for providing proper Rescue equipment for various confined space and work at height jobs during shutdown and breakdowns if required during emergency.
Responsible for ensuring in-house training schedule, prepare & update and impart training to the employees
Develop Fire Safety Audit Plan and execute all Audit Plans and submission of report to Line Manager for taking corrective action.
Ensure proper maintenance of the Fire Tenders, Portable Pumps, etc. and raise order for proper maintenance and spares (if required).
Provide technical assistance for making Fire Safety standard within TSL.
Managing overall activities of department .
Update and maintain data regarding incident and log incident and carrying out investigation

Chief Petty Officer / Warrant Officer/Coast Guard-

3 years' experience as subordinate Officer/Officer of
CISF
3 years' experience as officer in Corporate /Industrial

BE/B Tech in Fire Tech. & Safety Engineering
with 3 years of experience as officer in Corporate /Industrial

Technical Competencies
- Knowledge about maintenance of Fire Extinguisher and Hydrant.

- Basic knowledge of law - provisions of IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, Labour Laws, PSARA, etc. Relevant to Security Services.
