What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
- Develop, enhance, and support enterprise web platforms and customer-facing digital experiences.
- Collaborate with business partners, UX, QA, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
- Lead technical build discussions, code reviews, and development guidelines.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, production releases, and issue resolution.
- Drive platform performance, security, accessibility, SEO, and maintainability improvements.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and innovation.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of web development experience with Drupal 8/9/10 (corporate websites, e-commerce, mobile sites).
- Expertise in developing Drupal modules, implementing 3rd-party API integrations, cron jobs, migrations, installation profiles, queue workers, upgrades, and SEO guidelines.
- Good understanding of Drupal theming layer, CSS preprocessors, and Twig templating.
- Experience building features such as recommendation engines, chatbots, and intelligent search that use artificial intelligence.
- Understanding of machine learning APIs for search optimization and predictive analytics.
- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Good interpersonal skills for working across teams and cultures.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with rapid technology changes and continuous learning.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to guide junior developers and influence technical decisions.
