- Oversee and manage office administrative functions
- Maintain office inventory and coordinate procurement of supplies
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
- Supervise office upkeep, housekeeping, and facility management
- Handle incoming/outgoing communication and courier services
- Organize and maintain documentation and filing systems
- Provide administrative support to HR and Accounts teams
- Manage petty cash and assist with routine accounting support
- Ensure adherence to internal administrative procedures and standards
