Job Purpose
We are looking for a result-driven Purchase Executive specialized in procuring Finished Products. In this role, you will manage end-to-end coordination with third-party manufacturers, loan license facilities, and external suppliers. The focus is on tracking production timelines, verifying product deliverables, handling commercial documentation, and ensuring that our finished product inventory is delivered on time, perfectly packaged, and compliant with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Third-Party & P2P Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between Elkos Healthcare and external third-party manufacturers for all finished products (tablets, capsules, syrups, injections, nutraceuticals, etc.).
Order Placement & Planning: Review sales demands and inventory levels to place precise orders for finished formulations. Ensure all product descriptions, packaging specifications, and artworks are clearly detailed in the Purchase Orders (POs).
Production Timeline Tracking: Regularly follow up with manufacturers regarding the status of batches, testing schedules, and expected dates of completion to ensure zero stock-outs in our distribution channel.
Packaging Coordination: Ensure that correct brand artworks, promotional texts, batch details, and labeling requirements are accurately implemented by the manufacturer prior to final packaging and dispatch.
Commercial Documentation: Verify all incoming finished product invoices, delivery challans, certificate of analysis (COA), and freight details against the original POs before forwarding them to the finance department for payment processing.
Cost & Credit Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, batch sizes (MOQs), rates per unit, and credit periods with external manufacturing partners to ensure maximum cost efficiency.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,392.74 per month
