Role Highlights:
- Vendor identification & negotiation for IT hardware & spare parts
- Procurement of laptops, desktops, and related accessories
- Managing purchase orders, quotations & inventory records
- Coordinating with project & service teams for material requirements
- Ensuring timely delivery & cost-effective sourcing
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase Management systems.
Candidate Profile:
· Graduate with 1–4years’ experience in Purchase/Supply Chain
· Knowledge of IT products, spare parts & vendor network preferred
· Strong negotiation, documentation & MS Excel/Tally skills
