- Assist Chef de Partie/Sous Chef in daily food preparation tasks.
- Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients as per recipe requirements.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet set standards.
- Prepare basic sauces, stocks, and dressings under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Prepare Pizza Dough according to the given Recipe.
- Prepare Pizzas with recipes provided by chef.
- Store food items correctly and monitor stock rotation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any issues.
- Participate in mise en place and service prep across different stations.
- Support plating and presentation during service.
- Attend training sessions and actively learn new culinary skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a professional kitchen (internship or fresher welcome).
- Understanding of Pizza cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
