HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requirement to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and prepare/update Job Descriptions (JDs) for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates based on experience, skills, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary/CTC, joining date, notice period, and other employment terms within approved company budgets.
- Manage the offer letter, document collection, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment tracker, interview status, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and timely joining.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
- Handle bulk/urgent hiring as and when required.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and recruitment-related records and report hiring progress to management.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed in line with company policies and manpower budgets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals, and other sourcing partners.
- Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, walk-in drives, and other recruitment activities when required.

- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Good coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders
Experience: 3–6 years in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PG in HR preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
