Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (BOT/MOT) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delay, sensory processing difficulties, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, and other neurological or developmental conditions. Freshers with a passion for pediatric rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments for children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy for sensory integration, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, handwriting, visual-motor integration, self-care skills (ADLs), feeding skills, and school readiness.
- Support children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and sensory processing disorders.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate parents on home-based therapy strategies.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, psychologists, physiotherapists, and behaviour therapists.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) – Essential
- Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) – Preferred
- Valid registration with the relevant professional council.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
