Job Description:
We're hiring a confident and enthusiastic Customer Engagement Executive to join our growing team.
Your primary responsibility will be to call warm leads, understand their requirements, and book demo sessions with our education consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Call warm leads using Aircall.
- Explain our tutoring services professionally.
- Schedule and confirm demo classes.
- Update lead status accurately in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Achieve daily and weekly demo booking targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident phone communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong persuasion skills.
- Previous sales, telecalling, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and laptop.
- Ability to work UK or Australian shift.
