Printster.in (Tech Udyam Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a growing online printing brand based in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. We handle print orders from received to delivered, and we are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our production and order-fulfilment team.
About the Role
You will be the single point of accountability for a team of 10 members across customer care, quality check, order dispatch, and packaging. Your job is to keep every order moving smoothly, on time, and error-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign, and supervise the daily workflow of the customer care, quality check, dispatch, and packaging teams.
- Ensure every order is processed, printed, quality-checked, packed, and dispatched within committed timelines.
- Monitor print quality and maintain quality-check standards to keep returns and complaints low.
- Track pending, in-progress, and dispatched orders and remove bottlenecks quickly.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and customer care to resolve delays and issues.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely, professional responses.
- Maintain daily production and dispatch reports for management.
- Train, motivate, and manage attendance and performance of the team.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in the printing, print production, or packaging industry.
- Prior experience supervising or coordinating a small team is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of print production, quality checking, and order dispatch processes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple orders under pressure.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order-tracking software).
- Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Ownership mindset - takes full responsibility for team output and deadlines.
