Job Description:
Seeking fresher or junior-level individuals with an interest in market research to join our research and strategy team. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate market research, project analysis, pricing studies, and data-driven insights, and involves significant on-ground field research.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile Real Estate market data through field surveys, online research and broker interactions.
- Conduct field visits to understand locality dynamics, project visibility, and accessibility.
- Visit project sites to collect project-level details such as configuration, amenities, pricing displays, and construction status. (50-60%)
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with market insights and pricing inputs.
- Track property prices, rentals, demand-supply trends and upcoming projects.
- Conduct Competitor analysis and prepare comparative market reports.
- Assist in preparing market research reports, MIS and presentations.
- Maintain accurate databases and market trackers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduates or junior-level professionals from any discipline.
- No prior Real estate experience required.
- Individuals, comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
- Candidates interested in market research with strong field exposure.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹18000 – ₹22,000 per month
- Travel Allowance: Provided for field visits
