Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey including booking, payments, documentation, possession, and after-sales service.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries, provide updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage CRM software to track leads, sales pipeline, customer interactions, and records.
- Assist customers with loan documentation, registration process, agreements, and other required formalities.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, legal, operations, and projects to ensure smooth customer on boarding and delivery.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to bookings, collections, lead conversion, customer feedback, and escalations.
- Support marketing campaigns, customer events, and promotional activities to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations while handling customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (MBA preferred).
· 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales and CRM (depending on role seniority).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales target.
· Customer –centric mind set with problem-solving ability.
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast paced environment.
