We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to oversee and grow our presence on Amazon (Domestic). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing performance, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing strategies, and marketplace analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content)
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and conversion rates
- Manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews to maintain high seller ratings
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, logistics) for campaign execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts or marketplace platforms
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central
- Experience with Amazon PPC and campaign management
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
