- Lead Management: Effectively manage and nurture incoming leads/enquiries to convert prospective candidates into successful admissions.
- Need Assessment: Understand the background, educational qualification, and career goals of candidates to recommend the most suitable programs.
- Application & Admission Support: Assist students through the entire admission process, including form filling, document submission, and fee payment coordination.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets set by the organization.
- Follow-Up: Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline with warm leads to build strong relationships and ensure high conversion rates.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain student records, interaction history, and lead status in the CRM software.
Pay: ₹11,012.51 - ₹35,421.17 per month
