Role Overview
Salon Koniki is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Cluster Manager to oversee multiple branches, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless salon operations. This role requires strong leadership, business development focus, and the ability to deliver a consistent luxury client experience across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end operations of multiple salon branches
- Drive sales, revenue targets, and profitability across the cluster
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and local marketing initiatives
- Monitor daily performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency of each branch
- Lead, train, and motivate Salon Managers and team members
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, hygiene, and service quality
- Analyze MIS reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Improve client experience, retention, and repeat business
- Control costs, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization
- Handle escalations, client feedback, and maintain service excellence
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in salon/retail/hospitality operations
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of multi-unit operations and performance management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and meet targets
- Well-groomed and aligned with premium/luxury brand standards
- MBA or relevant qualification preferred
