Job Summary
We are looking for a Computer Operator / Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries, resolve support tickets, and provide excellent customer service through phone calls, WhatsApp, and our CRM system. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, Basic computer knowledge, and experience with CRM software .
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints through CRM ticketing.
- Create, update, and close customer support tickets.
- Follow up with customers until issues are resolved.
- Process customer orders and update order status in CRM.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and website.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Generate reports and maintain daily support records.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience with any CRM software is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Qualification
- Graduate (Any Stream).
- 1–3 years of experience in Computer Operations or Customer Support.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
