Job Description:
EduJam LLP is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to work in a target-based environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Maintain recruitment records and reports
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
