Job Overview
Fabmax is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department in our heavy fabrication manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing quality systems, inspections, and leading the quality team to ensure compliance with fabrication and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Control & Quality Assurance team
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Ensure quality compliance for MS fabrication and equipment manufacturing
- Supervise inspection of raw materials, welding, fabrication, and finished products
- Conduct internal quality audits and documentation
- Handle customer inspections and quality approvals
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Experience in Heavy Fabrication / Manufacturing Industry
- Strong knowledge of welding inspection, fabrication drawings, and quality standards
- Proven team leadership experience
Experience
Minimum: 8+ years in fabrication or manufacturing quality
