About the Role
YTM India Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in placing orders through the company portal.
- Guide customers in completing their KYC process.
- Handle customer queries and complaints over phone calls and email.
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers.
- Maintain customer records and update support-related information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quick resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with patience and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of email communication.
Preferred Candidate
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Prior experience in customer support or customer service will be an added advantage
- Salary will be based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
