- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, demands, and other issues.
- Oversee performance management programs and employee evaluations.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Administer compensation and benefit programs.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program benchmarking.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Nurture a positive working environment and maintain a healthy organizational culture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
