Front Office Associate (Hotel)
We are seeking a courteous and professional Front Office Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry and a strong focus on guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, bookings, and cancellations efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a polite manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and room availability status
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in guests
- Ensure a clean and presentable front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or similar role
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 1–2years of relevant experience in hotels or resorts
Salary:
As per industry standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
