We are looking for an experienced Production Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
- Prepare and implement production schedules based on customer orders, production capacity, and delivery requirements.
- Monitor production targets, output, efficiency, productivity, and machine utilization.
- Ensure production is completed on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with Planning, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Handle job work/party-related production activities and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth production flow.
- Allocate manpower effectively and ensure optimum utilization of workers and supervisors.
- Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to prevent production delays.
- Ensure adherence to approved production processes, specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the Maintenance team to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Control production wastage, rejection, rework, material loss, and operational costs.
- Maintain accurate production records, MIS reports, and daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Track production KPIs and take appropriate action to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, labor requirements, and housekeeping standards.
- Train, guide, motivate, and evaluate production supervisors and workers.
- Resolve production-related issues promptly and take timely decisions to maintain continuous workflow.
- Support new product development, process improvement, production trials, and implementation of improved manufacturing methods.
- Ensure smooth and efficient factory operations while maintaining required standards for quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.
