- Cost Estimation & Planning: Calculate quantities, materials, labor, and time frames to prepare initial feasibility studies and project budgets.
- Tendering & Contracts: Prepare tender packages, analyze bids, and negotiate/draft contracts for contractors and vendors.
- Cost Control: Monitor ongoing expenses, prepare regular budget reports, and handle change orders or variations.
- Valuations & Payments: Assess completed work on-site, value subcontractor performance, and process progress payments.
- Risk & Dispute Management: Identify commercial risks and resolve financial discrepancies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
