Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations at our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility operations, coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, maintain records, and support overall plant administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the plant facility.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, Electrical, Plumbing, Plant Waste, transport, and other facility management services.
- Monitor office and plant maintenance activities and coordinate with vendors for timely completion.
- Maintain administrative records, files, registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies, stationery, housekeeping materials, and other administrative requirements.
- Manage vendor coordination, service agreements, and follow up on maintenance and facility-related activities.
- Coordinate visitor management, employee access cards, ID cards, and gate pass records.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office premises and common areas.
- Support audits by maintaining administrative records and documentation.
- Monitor utility services such as electricity, water, DG sets, air conditioning, and other facility requirements through relevant vendors.
- Coordinate courier, and logistics arrangements as required.
- Track asset inventory, office equipment, and consumables.
- Prepare administrative MIS reports and maintain data records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and plant administrative procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of plant administration and facility management.
- Experience in vendor management and administrative coordination.
- Strong documentation and record management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Experience handling vendors, facility maintenance, office administration, and plant support activities.
- Familiarity with GMP environment and manufacturing facility operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
